How I Bypassed My Crappy Subconscious In 7 Easy Steps
How to literally rewrite your future…
The biggest thing you can do to change your future is to reprogram your subconscious. The subconscious is in charge of 95% of what you do on a daily basis. It’s pretty crazy how much control this thing has over your life.
Lately I’ve been working on this with some pretty amazing results. It actually doesn’t take too long to do you can complete these steps in 10 minutes or less.
Personally I was working on feeling worthy of love and I had a breakthrough using these steps. Here they are:
1.Recall your earliest memory of the first time you felt a certain way (eg. money is not good, my parents don’t love me, I am not good enough)
2. Recall the memory and feel the emotions
3. Next become a observer of the memory and remove the emotion
4. Change the colour of the scene to any colour you choose
5. Add your favourite song
6. Recall your favourite smell (eg chocolate, cheese)
7. Stop and reinstall new belief you wish to have by saying it out aloud
This is how you reprogram your subconscious by changing a negative memory to a positive memory and associating positive things with a certain life event. When you apply this trick your mind starts to believe that the negative things that happened to you are actually positive things. Pretty neat.
This exercise had a profound impact on me, where I now feel I am drawing good things to me like a magnet, whilst also breaking up with any of my bad habits. I feel like I have less resistance to those things I want to attract and that my energy is more free.
I would advise you to continue to do this every day to literally rewrite your memories and turn them into good.
I have already made huge strides to becoming the woman I dream of being. You will also realise with time you are changing your inner beliefs and thoughts and becoming who you want to be. It is a powerful exercise.
